Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from ItalianoEats.com. If for any reason you’re not happy, you may be eligible to return or exchange the item under the conditions described below.

2. Return Eligibility

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as you received it — unused, with original packaging and all parts/labels intact.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number, email confirmation, etc.).
  • Custom, special-order, clearance or “as is” items may not be eligible for returns unless defective (see section 4).
3. How to Initiate a Return
  1. Contact our Customer Service team at info@italianoeats.com within the return window and include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Upon approval, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the return (unless otherwise stated). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange (see section 5).
4. Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item is defective or if we shipped the wrong item to you, please contact uswithin 7 daysof receipt. Provide photos of the issue, your order number, and we will replace the item or issue a full refund (including return shipping, if applicable) at our discretion.

5. Refunds & Exchanges
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange an item, please include details of the new item desired. We’ll ship the replacement as soon as the returned item is confirmed.
  • Shipping costs (both original and return) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (defective/wrong item).
  • If you return an item in less than perfect condition, we reserve the right to deduct a restocking or processing fee from your refund.

Include your RA number clearly on the outside of the package.
We recommend you insure the package and keep your tracking number — we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
7. Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Used items or items that show signs of wear or damage beyond normal handling.
  • Custom-built, special-order or made-to-order items (unless defective).
  • Clearance items or items marked “Final Sale”.
  • Items missing original packaging, accessories, or parts.
8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
